Empowered Planning & Leadership Solutions came to us with a logo concept they felt strongly about. The overall layout and direction were clear, but the mark needed refinement to better reflect the professionalism and clarity at the heart of their work. The client request that we simplify the icon to make it more versatile across marketing materials and utilize a different font to make the logo more readable. She also wanted to expand the color palette to include dark teal, a color she loves. The original file provided was a PNG (a raster image), which meant the logo had to be carefully rebuilt as a vector-based design. With the logo as a vector we were able to edit in fine detail, cleaning up spacing, strengthening typography, and creating a more balanced, polished mark while preserving the integrity of the original concept. The final result is a scalable, versatile logo that feels confident, cohesive, and aligned with their mission.

The Empowered Planning & Leadership Solutions brand reflects clarity, trust, and forward movement. A palette of teal, deep gray, and silver paired with generous white space creates a clean, modern presence that feels both grounded and inspiring. We selected stock line drawings and edited them for smoothness, color, and added a loose shadow element to create a unique finished graphic style. The overall aesthetic of their brand supports their mission: thoughtful leadership, meaningful collaboration, and purposeful progress.

We made an additional stacked version of the main logo to give them the versatility to use it for many different purposes.

Once the logo and branding guide was completed and approved we moved on to the other projects including business cards, document and presentation templates, and email signature. The business card features a suede finish with raised silver foil, which brings silver into the palette in an elegant and tasteful way.
