Print Design FAQ
Raster graphics are made of tiny squares of color called pixels. Every photo you take with your phone is a raster image, and most images you see online are raster too. Common raster file types include JPG, PNG, GIF, and TIFF.
Vector graphics are built from mathematical paths rather than pixels. A line, a curve, or a shape is generated by formulas, not a grid of tiny squares. File types include SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF (when created in vector format).

Turnaround time for printing generally varies from 1 week – 3 weeks depending on the type of project and vendor. Please ask for price estimates and turnaround estimates early on in the project to make sure we can plan ahead for your deadline.
After you have approved a project proof we can send your print-ready file to the vendor of your choice, or we are happy to provide a recommendation or order for you through one of our many suppliers.
