Bartow History Museum’s Women of Bartow Temporary Exhibit (through January 30, 2021) features the stories of over 25 women who have made an impact on Bartow County and beyond dating back to the early 1800s through the present. The exhibit highlights their contributions to a variety of fields including business, education, art, writing, social movements, & more.

Due to safety concerns surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, the museum was unable to hold the planned event to recognize and honor many of today’s Women of Bartow. Watch the video below as museum educator, Lauren Story, introduces you to some of these women and tells of their important contributions.

Here at Lara J Designs we are so proud that our owner, Lara Jeanneret, was included in this list of today’s Women of Bartow! She is featured at 7:54 if you would like to hear what the Bartow History Museum had to say about her.
